Clearpath Services announces retention policy update

Demonstration notice: This notice and every person, organization, policy and event in it are fictional.

Clearpath Services has published version 4.2 of its fictional data retention policy. The update is scheduled to take effect on July 15, 2026 and replaces version 4.1 dated January 10, 2026.

The notice says inactive workspace logs will be retained for 90 days instead of 180 days on the standard plan. Exported customer archives are not described as changing. Administrators in this scenario may request an export before the effective date.
